When I ship artwork, each piece is packed with the utmost care and shipped by and insured by USPS.
I want you to be thrilled with your purchase, so I have a Guaranteed Satisfaction policy. If not completely happy with your purchase, please contact me. Items should be returned within 30 days, using the same box and packaging material. Shipping, handling, and insurance for returns must be provided by buyer. Refunds are given if art is returned in exact condition received.
Works are always packed carefully and insured, and I have yet to ship anything that has arrived with any damage. If, however, damage would occur, please contact me right away and send a detailed photo showing the packaging and the art. The images sent will enable me to determine if the art can be fixed, replaced or returned.
